Rink Booking FAQ

How will I know if a rink is available to book?

Once all three rinks are booked for a particular time slot, that slot will be greyed out and non-bookable.

Will I get a confirmation of my booking?

Yes this has now been set up.

What happens if I double book a session or want to cancel?

For either of these situations, please email contact@westlecot.co.uk and explain the problem. Amendments will then be made for you to ensure the time slot is open for other members.

Why are rinks from 1pm Monday to Friday?

This is due to the green keepers needing access before this time.
